I have been working at Dell full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, work from home, one-week-long company holidays in December

    Cons

If you are not from India, you can not succeed in IT area.
You can't get a fair compensation if you work your way up from the bottom.
If you don't have an uncle that's a director, you can't get hired to a good position with excellent pay.

    Advice to Management

Look seriously in your executive leadership at Service arm.
You got all the ex-Wipro leadership, and ex-Wipro middle-management, it's not diversified, it's not equal hiring, it's becoming Wipro.
