    Great people, talented and smart

    Cons

    Company going through some major uncertainties due to privatization. Customers may be wary of doing business with such a firm. Remains to be seen how we get out of it.

    Advice to Management

    More recent sr mgmt hires externally and through acquisitions are mediocre at best

    Pros

    developed great relationships with coworkers and many customers

    Cons

    constant churn in sales accounts, sales managers and pay methods. The good 'ol boy network is in overdrive. In over 7 years, I met probably 3 people from the sales manager capacity up to exec level that I would qualify as "leaders."

    Advice to Management

    Review how managers are interviewed and hired. Hearing from customers that sales rep churn is a top negative experience, yet continuing the churn doesn't seem like a well thought out "customer first" strategy.
