Good development, Fast Promotions, Weak Leadership

    Pros

You'll move faster in this job than anywhere else in Tech Sales. You can be 6 figures within a year, and that' s not hype. That's not with cutting corners. You get what you earn, grind hard and it'll 100% pay off. All legit, no shadiness which is ridiculously refreshing in this business. Work life balance is fantastic. 3-5 weeks vacation time. Manager's are always ok with taking a personal day if you need it. Never gotten flack for being sick.

    Cons

I've ripped companies to pieces before, but honestly their aren't many cons here. Since it's a fast moving organization that means your leadership will be young, and at times inexperienced in the corporate world. If this is one of your first few gigs you'll be fine. If you've been around the block, it can cause a bit of a headache. Just go with the flow and it won't be much of an issue.

    Pros

The culture and benefits are on point. I feel valued and feel that what I do is important. There are so many ways that they invest in their people; Parental leave for both mom and dad, Tuition assistance, 3 weeks vacation starting out, certification can be reimbursed, and there has been a big push to help with career advancement. There are many incentives and opportunities for continued education and self growth.

    Cons

It takes more than good performance to get promoted. Be ready to change roles and move around the company to advance your career. Work-life balance is talked about and pushed but early morning meetings, late-night meetings, and working on the weekend still happen.
