Hired as fully remote? Too bad, go to the office
May 10, 2023 - Technical Sales RepresentativeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I was hired as fully remote which has been great and I have proven myself to be productive at home. Benefits are great- health insurance, paid time off etc. my director manager is a saint, truly cares for their direct reports
Cons
Even though i was hired as fully remote, Dell recently announced that all workers who live within a “one hour commute” must report to the office 3 times a week. This isn’t fair- I never wanted to work in an office, none of my team is local so it will just be me.
