    All the great things (talented co-workers, excellent learning opportunities, a culture promoting innovation and hard work, etc.) you would expect from a solid management consulting firm

    1. Messy leadership structure - not sure who is in charge of what. 2. Top-heavy org structure: some stats to share - 8 partners and 2 senior managers share the credit for a project run by 1 manager supported by 2 senior consultants and 2 consultants. 3.     Do what you would advise a client - align performance evaluation process/metrics with the value proposition of the firm, i.e., creating measurable value to the client, which subsequently brings in both and follow-on business.
