Fake people and Fake reviews. As you can see there are a lot of 5* and 4* reviews which are fake. After every one negative review, you can find a bunch of fake reviews which are Manager Driven. Basically they want the truth to not come up and ask the employees to write some good reviews and due to the buttering culture this is being followed. Facts - 1. Buttering culture and you just need to show that you are working. 2. First they will hire you at good package. 3. Then they will ask you to work for 18-20 hours a day (the work here is not good at all) 4. If you dont go as they say and do buttering , they will call you one day and ask to submit the laptop. Even after your probation period is over and you are confirmed employee. 5. Again they will hire new set of people and the loop continues from Step 1 -4 . 6. So if you want just want a increment and then go for some other good org on this increment, Delphix is a medium for you 7. If you want job stability , work life balance and work ethics/culture.
