      What goes around comes around. Director and managers involved me in firing people unethically during the pandemic and I couldn't raise my voice. Now I can understand the pain being on the other side. Overall in my short stint, where I was involved in decisions made by managers in Noida I found the practices followed very very unethical and unreasonable.

With any acquisition, there will always be some changes but we try to make sure the newly acquired employees are afforded an opportunity to provide us with feedback so we can adjust.
