I have been working at Delta Air Lines full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Delta has been a great place to work. After 23 years with them, my career has been a good one. Delta's greatest asset is it's people, whom are the best. My experience has been in Technical Operations

    Cons

Salaries are generally in the middle of the range for major airlines, even thought Delta AMT's are the most productive in the industries

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees the same with equal benifits

I worked at Delta Air Lines full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice people
Resources if you can find them

    Cons

Communication seems to be a real problem in the Marketing department, especially with the distribution team. You are on your own to get trained and find resources. This department is a revolving door with little commitment to making things work for new hires. Very hierarchical organization and very political.

    Advice to Management

Commit to and support your new hires. Too many good people leave.
