I have been working at Delta Air Lines full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Engaging work and positive corporate culture. Nice HQ campus with onsite cafeteria, gym, credit union, pharmacy & health clinic. ... and the unique benefits of being an airline employee.

Cons

Delta manages growth with consultants that can be easily added or trimmed based on the economic environment. Contractors can be excluded from meetings, programs and events. Employees typically have very full plates.
