I have been working at Delta Air Lines full-time

Pros

Delta is a career choice for many. If you are looking for a great career and can handle the work schedule you will encounter being a flight attendant, then this is for you. You must be flexible to work long and varying hours. The experience is great for many.

Cons

Long hours and varying hours. Must be flexible to work days, night , weekends and especially holidays.

Advice to Management

Upper management is looking for flexible dependable people. They ask many situational questions, and look for consistency. They know what they are looking for. You have to prove to them you are the next Delta face even if it means you may have to reapply after being turned down. There are many people highly qualified to be the next Delta face but have been turned down once or twice and eventually have made it into the Delta team.

I have been working at Delta Air Lines part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Delta is not just a job, it's a career. The ability to move around and up is phenomenal. You can pretty much find a situation that suits you and if you need to relocate to another state, tha's easy too. Also the flight benefits are excellent.

    Cons

I don't see any cons except for lower management needs to develop better people skills when dealing with the employees. Upper management is very good at this.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Which is staying connected to the subordinates via round tables and surveys
