- Good Learning Opportunities. - Dynamic Environment. - Easy to reach Management. - New opportunities are coming & hence enjoying the work even after many years. -

Cons

- Lack of Quality functional heads. - self made leaders. - Lack of opportunities for others as self leaders hold position tightly. - Keeping position for long is not bad but lack of innovation & believe in Jugaad technology. - Not their own thought process. Do what ever their bosses told.
