Familial environment; global corporation on the rise; culture is evolving to be more open and 'young' (demographic is currently a bit older here); I'm proud to work here because of the green initiatives and efforts to help the environment and community; compensation is competitive; humble employees; exciting projects to work on; casual/laid back work environment; if you are willing to take on more work, the opportunities for different levels of experience is there

Sometimes there is a lack of communication cross-departments; not as well known in the US; some corporate/management processes take a while to complete
