I have been working at Deltak full-time

    Pros

    - High growth - Rewarding work that makes a difference in someone's life - Awesome schools signing as partners - Flexible working environment - Excellent benefits to include great vacation policy

    Cons

    - Not so much a con, but the organization is navigating transitions within Wiley and scaling operations within the division - this is just change, not a con

    Advice to Management

    - You have made progress in communicating what is going on, how we are evolving and where we are going - KEEP IT UP

      Approves of CEO

I worked at Deltak full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

Some of the people are really good people.

      Cons

      1. Vice President-level people are uniformly terrible and do not support their employees. 2. Lack of support leads to extreme employee stress. 3. Money comes before ethics. 4. The parent company, Wiley, is a mess. 5. They've forced out some of their best people by saying they had performance problems when they really didn't (see ethics, above).

      Advice to Management

None. They know what they're doing wrong, and they don't care. Their inaction when people clearly need their support says it all. It's sad, because the culture used to be much better.
