    Pros

    It's a stable paycheck; the work is interesting.

    Cons

    Dematic wants unquestioning drones; claims to want feedback and then ignores it upon receipt; refuses to adapt to changing conditions - the way it is is good enough.

    Advice to Management

    If you're going to hire people to do a job, then allow each of them to do that job from the lowliest entry-level position to the CEO. Why pay anyone when (mid-level) management just ties their hands and says they know how best to do the job? Let the managers do all the work if they know best and save some money on all those engineers.
