    I did have some wonderful staff.

    Cons

    The owners of the franchise do not support the management staff.

    Advice to Management

    You need to give the tools necessary to manage. Implement an inventory system-there is no way to control food cost without knowing where your loses might be. Use consistency for all staff when implementing company policies and procedures. Allow the stores to carry all the products on the menu-don't tell your managers not to order high end item to cut back on the truck order (ie:such as steaks)
