Low pay was the con.

Generally a positive experience despite being employed during the height of the global freight shortage Lots of subject matter experts (but for specific product verticals)

High stress (too be expected with industry) - 6 month timelines for product development - constant churn and demand for "newness" - not unusual for industry and too be expected Lacked leadership for new category / market - no one to mentor
