    Pros

Extremely friendly staff. Fast paced and high expectations and lots of work given. High visibility to senior management. Great mentoring program.

    Cons

Not very diverse and choose not to work there as a result. Also, the company is very cheap compared to other firms on wall street. Very big brother.

    Advice to Management

Hire more diverse people, and spend more money on employees and facilities.
