Poor recruiting practices - HR Generalist DevCare Solutions Employee Review

Recruiting team does not communicate with one another. I had to initiate several times to figure out what was happening with my interview. Was given a verbal offer, and then they rescinded after I reached out several times as to what next steps were. Was told the position was “on hold” but come to find out they had hired several other people instead.
