    Pros

This is an agency that puts as much time into their employees as it does its clients. Whether this is your first job or a seasoned vet, this is an agency that welcomes new ideas as well as opposing thoughts to ensure the decisions being made are not only what's best for the company but also what's best for the careers of the staff at all levels. I had no agency experience when I started, but they recognized how my skills...

    Cons

I have nothing to really say here because I've always been a positive person. I believe you get out of a career what you put into it. I didn't always agree with every decision, but my opinions, and the opinions of others, were appreciated and considered before a final decision was made. For that reason the final decisions always had my complete support.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, it's working!

    I worked at DiD

    Pros

It's always good to get experience. They have some decent clients too.

    Cons

Organization and knowledge are huge weaknesses. To start an assignment, I'm handed an unorganized folder of metrics from past months. I'm then provided with logins to multiple reporting platforms to dig up additional unorganized information. No instruction or guidance whatsoever. It's clear nothing was given the attention it needed previously. The entire hand-off was such a mess. I was appalled in the condition in which...

    Advice to Management

Hire employees who are qualified, organized, and understand the digital space. Payment is not optional for contracted services. You cannot simply choose to not pay someone due to your unjustified feelings. Never experienced anything like this in my career. I would be very weary of the manner in which organization conducts the rest of their business. I could not imagine being a full-time employee, let alone a client.

I worked at DiD for more than a year

    Pros

Majority of the company is very friendly The offices are a great work space Great clients to work with Nice location on train line

    Cons

Terrible upper management, in whom lack basic communications with their own departments. It is difficult just to get a straight answer out of some of them. This has to be a known issue since this was a majority of the complaints I've heard from other employees. Feedback and performance reviews are meaningless here. A year of positive feedback goes unrewarded and underappreciated. They rely too heavily on freelancers,...
