Pros

Pay checks on time.
Most of upper management
The Co-workers

Cons

Pay
Non Health-licensed job coaches for health accounts the entire time of my employment. We are industry professionals and to only have one knowledgeable health job coach unacceptable and extremely risky.Constant worrying from agents about Licensing and validity of things told to us on a daily basis.
No commission
Dirty Center Bathrooms

Advice to Management

Hire More Industry knowledgeable Job Coaches If you are going to get into healthcare. As well stop telling employees to come to this site to give a good review

I have been working at DialAmerica full-time

    Pros

Lots of unintentional comedy from people at every level of the company who have no business being employed; looks good on a resume to companies who don't know anything about the actual company; if you have no real work history or skills you can get hired immediately because they will hire anyone and everyone; just doing what would normally be considered expected job related tasks at any other company makes you stand out as being an overacheiver because of how lazy most people in management are; you feel a lot smarter after working with the employees and management; they are always hiring agents and always promoting supervisors because so many quit on a regular basis

    Cons

The pay is pathetic; the company will only promote to management someone with a college degree, yet a number of people in management do not have college degrees; anyone and everyone who can walk through the door is hired despite lacking any sort of basic job related skills; one person high up in management appears to be borderline illiterate; people who work hard are punished with more work and paid the same as the lazy people who dominate the company; management who are lazy but pretend to like certain middle aged wannabe rock stars get promoted; completely subjective and nonsense bonus systems that pay very little; the mindset from the company of trying to find excuses to take away bonus money and punish supervisors; the few good people who stick around as agents or in management always leave the company as soon as they can because of the pathetic pay and treatment; annoying business lingo from people who are clueless about real business; absolutely horrific management that lacks any sort of idea about any aspect of the business, or why they continue to fail and make bad decisions over and over again

    Advice to Management

At the rate things are going, you will all be forced into getting new jobs for new companies soon. When this happens, you will have to actually work for a living and be productive. I know it will be a big change of pace from your stint with Dial America, but only then can you truly move forward and become best in class!
