I have been working at Dialog Direct full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

This company goes well beyond the traditional Call Center by providing full-service customer engagement based on solid partnerships and strategic alliance with their clients.

Cons

Rapid growth can cause challenges. Building bench strength is critical to supporting the velocity of onboarding new business.

Advice to Management

Bulid strong leadership at all levels at same rate as bringing on new business, incuding internal support teams.

    Pros

    Great place to gain experience in the field of call center and outsourcing

    Cons

    The pay is not that great. Some of the senior management have questionable intellect.

    Advice to Management

    Don't overwork and undervalue employees who are willing and able to perform. If someone shows promise you pile such an erroneous amount of work on them that they are unable to have a life outside of work. the demands most definitly out weigh the compensation.
