I have been working at Diamond Resorts full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My colleagues within the hotel reservation and owner services team are great to work with, and the pay can be really good if you hit targets for performance such as call quality, and commission on reservations and Florida attraction ticket sales can add up.

    Cons

The company is very USA focused, owing to the time difference the agents in the states take more reservations, therefore earn more commission. Some of the performance targets bonuses are stated in dollars, so are subject to the fluctuating exchange rate, so not steady for UK abased agents. Middle management is a nightmare and amateurish, and has a habit of shaming agents leaving for other jobs.

    Advice to Management

Games like "nick a chocolate" are not morale boosting, a pay increase would be. Commission could be doubled to 2% to help this. 2% is nothing!
