    Pros

    Average Pay Management are great motivators

    Cons

    Horrendous commission structure - doesn't make you want to try once you understand how it works. ERP systems are awful - i.e. nothing seems to work. Middle Management seem to lack any real applicable business system training and therefore lack answers. Middle Management seem stretched (as well as the resources of the firm as a whole in general).

    Advice to Management

    There seems to be a serious disconnection within this firm. The management seems to talk the talk, however the company as a whole has a million (pure exaggeration) loop holes within it that just cause constant frustration. It would be great to see management on the floor actually attempting to do what they tell us to do, however they never seem to have any time at all. The compensation structure needs to change...
