It is clear that discrimination runs rampant within the organization. Discriminatory behavior is ignored and even encouraged by management. This company is severely lacking in professionalism, particularly at the highest levels where it should be most expected. Members of the C-Suite promote without merit and punish those who call that out. Any issues that call out bad behavior of the inner-circle management are swept under the rug and minimized. Particularly, the CFO speaks in a disrespectful manner most would find astonishing and has soured vendor relations beyond repair in some cases.
