Pros

Some nice people work there.

Cons

No company culture or values. Most long term employees are merely collecting paychecks and put little effort into the job. Company doesn't have the right skills to make the transition work. Too much financial accountability all the time and not enough time to do the job at hand. President severely lacks people skills, compassion and respect towards employees. Last, too much disrespect & yelling at each other.

Advice to Management

Involve yourself with employees. Show genuine care and interest in the staff, don't just sit in your ivory tower cutting people & expenses all the time. Create a culture where employees feel valued, respected and want to work there.

    Pros

Cutting edge online advertising media company that has clients' best interests at heart.

    Cons

Very low pay. Base salary is ridiculous and commissions/bonuses are miserably low.
Furthermore, every DFM office is officiated with a newspaper they own and management is divided on "old school" newspaper vs "new school" digital.
But that really wouldn't matter if they paid more. Or even decently. Which they don't.

    Advice to Management

    Show us the money!!!
