    I have been working at Digital Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    They will throw money at their problems, which could mean higher than average salary
    Really nice HQ

    Cons

    Execs are in competition with each other, and they don't work together. This creates a furtive, non communicative environment that filters down to the management and the rest of the staff.
    It's OK to be dishonest with everyone, as long as you CYA. Getting caught at being dishonest is what's reprimanded.
    Not a culture of advancement. There are a few employees (including executives) that have made mistake after mistake, and they just keep getting their position/title switched. It is demeaning to the rest of the organization. On the other hand, there have been people who have done well and made significant effort that have been run out of the organization when they have had differences of opinion with the ones with leverage.
    Focus continues to shift, no real strategic direction.

    I worked at Digital Management as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    A place to be if you like lying HR and dishonest PM

    Cons

    HR department resorts to blatant lying in filling short-term positions, getting contractors to leave their jobs to take on DMI's extremely short-term projects (1-2 month) by selling them as long-term ones with duration of 3-5 years. PM continues the dishonesty with broken promises and manipulation in complete disregard of the worker's personal well-being and his/her family situation impacted by those lies.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest.
