Cons
In New York the culture does not allow for a good work life balance. It requires long hours, sometime for actual work, other times because there is peer and upper management pressure to work harder Also on that flexibility part that I mentioned as a pro. It can work against you since responsibilities can go unassigned causing a lot of confusion and stress among staff
