I worked at DigitasLBi full-time (More than a year)

Pros

The culture is very social and there is always work coming in for Interface Engineers.

Cons

Depending on the clients that come in, the work can be interesting but can also be very tedious and boring if put on client work that isn't too intensive

Advice to Management

To keep developers relevant and up to date with trends, set expectations and plans on how to continue innovating.

I worked at DigitasLBi full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Free food, free alcohol. Digitas definitely follows the work hard, play harder mindset. Flexible time off and sick days, good starting pay. A good place to dip your feet into the Digital/Ad agency world.

    Cons

Terrible turn over. Leadership and managment is complete joke. Promotions are hard to come by. The company puts so much stress and focus on the yearly review and goals but there is NOTHING set in place for coworkers to check in with managers (a process) to make sure goals are being met. After being told that many training sessions would be available to grow and learn within the company, it's kinda of funny to hear that it was one of the first things to get cut when budgets go down. While other people (managers, ads) get huge pay raises. Cool right?

    Advice to Management

Manage your employees as soon as they are hired. Get a sense of the entire team. Make sure the VPs are actually KNOWLEDGABLE of what the entry level employees are doing on a day to day basis. And don't let people fall through the cracks. Get training right during on boarding.
