Pros
Benefits are great. Ability to work from home.
Cons
Very strong "In" crowd. If you're not In, you might as will leave. Severe back stabbing. Management guided by rumors, not results. Management very unprofessional, no direction, changing priorities. Top level officers constantly changing the plan. Top concerns are saving money and following processes. Patient care and safety, and Provider satisfaction take a back door. Sum it up by a quote from a senior consultant: "I would NEVER want to be a patient of Dignity Health". I would never want to be an employee of Dignity Health.
