There's a lot of great people who work at Dignity Health. It's a must to love who work with and you can find good people at this company.

Cons

I'm not sure how easy it is to move up here.

    New merger with Optum caused many employees benefits to become sub-standard

    Give employees a choice if they want to move to new company or not.

    I always liked my doctors and loved my patients

    Cons

    iadminastors and supervisors wanted coworkers to report on each other and if you did
    you where promoted, even if what was said about a employee was untrue, much favortiusm

    Advice to Management

    HAVE HR AT THE CLINIC FOR EMPLOYEES TO TURN TO IN TIME OF HELP AND ALLOW
    EMPLOYEES TO HAVE UNION ON HAND AS STATED IN CONTACT FOR HELP
