I worked at Dignity Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great pay, schedule flexibility, a few wonderful co-workers. We sometimes earn rewards like movie tickets or free meals from the cafeteria.

    Cons

The department I work in has probably an 80% dissatisfaction rate. We are continuously micromanaged, and treated like we need constant direction during the day. My manager calls us all shift long asking how busy we are so someone can get sent home. Even when our workloads are unbearable, all management cares about is numbers. You would think patient satisfaction and safety should be a priority but it's not. The department runs on favoritism, and you are always thrown under the bus by the managers. I wish I had more good things to say.

    Advice to Management

    Put yourself in our shoes.
