Not a hard job to do. Easy way to get your foot in the door. With the 3 x 12 shifts you can easily go back to school and continue your education. Great team to work with.
Cons
Staffing is hard just like every other department. With low staff it's hard to keep up with the census but the team pulls together to get the work done.

Only Place I Know But...

It's been a solid experience as a new grad. The initial education was valuable and relevant. I make my own schedule and maybe one day a month every now and then is different than I requested and I consider that very good. My peers are exceptional and I appreciate the team I work with.
Cons
I would like more pay but there is little to differentiate yourself to garner more pay. However, this is true when speaking with my nursing school peers. We all make roughly the same wage, give or take a few dollars. When you account for benefits, it's about the same. The exception is Mayo, who we all know is the top payer in AZ.
