Not a hard job to do. Easy way to get your foot in the door. With the 3 x 12 shifts you can easily go back to school and continue your education. Great team to work with.

Staffing is hard just like every other department. With low staff it's hard to keep up with the census but the team pulls together to get the work done.

Good growth for new hires only.
Cons
A lot of the people that have been with the company for many years are leaving. There is no room for growth for current employees like we were all told when we got hired. The new management in multiple departments does not reflect what we who have been there for a decade plus have been told over the years are the core values of the company. People in all departments are leaving. What is it going to take for the higher ups to see there is a huge problem with the new management? Do all of the seasoned employees have to leave before the issues get noticed?
