    Pros

Decient Discount, good pay, 401k, and ok benefits.

    Cons

No respect as a sales associate from management or customers, long hours, no room for advancement (although they claim they hire from within), and poor upper management (store level and corporate.)

    Advice to Management

Rethink how you treat your employees. People are not expendable and deserve credit when needed. Commend associates when a good job is done. Learn how to promote when necessary and do not tell your employees that you promote from within and hire from outside with an ad on craigslist.
