Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at Dillard's part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great employee discounts, pay and merchandise.

Cons

Endlessly resetting the floor and not disclosing full job description.

Advice to Management

Customer Management System is very user unfriendly and takes too long for guests -- they get impatient.

    I worked at Dillard's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers are from all walks of life and genuinely fun to work with.

    Cons

Store Director could care less if new employees have to be trained every week. Very little department depth.

    Advice to Management

Wake up and realize you cripple your company with your humiliating credit classes and unrealistic sales goals. Anyone with any advanced education knows these simply cannot be based on prior years' sales.
