I have been working at Dillard's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

n/a you do well and then they kick you down. I have acheives their goals such as the pacesetter status selling more than 300,000 and then they started to rotate me out of my department... I am a specialist that stays in my department. My numbers were to high...Wow, any other employer would love to have me and that puts me here and looking else where/

    Cons

Managers are insensitive because they are stressed. No one is appreciated or respected. Including managers using profanity such as the N word...Sad but true. Management makes up rules as they go. If you are doing high numbers then they kick you down to different departments to fail. They hide the public from upcoming sales to get full price first.

    Advice to Management

    Respect everyone...
