      Can be competitive

      Pros

Good pay, a friendly atmosphere, and flexible Scheduling were nice for me as a college student.

      Cons

The deficit rate increases daily depending on the sales you make and the amount of credit cards required to open a month can be unrealistic.

          Pros

Pay is higher than minimum wage, but if you aren’t working in Men’s Suits or Women’s Shoes, you make a base pay and little to no commission. I work in women’s shoes, and the commission is a draw/commission system. It’s good, but I work in a smaller town so you don’t have the opportunity to make as much as bigger cities.

          Cons

Management is unhelpful, there’s no HR department, and most tasks get pinned on one person.

I made changes to my resume and would like some feedback and/or constructive criticism. Please don’t be mean… the job search is hard enough already (ex- “this resume sucks” is not helpful 😂). I applied to 40 jobs today using this version (adding/removing key words, technology platforms, and phrases to match job descriptions, but overall the same resume) 😬 Really hoping to see an uptick in interview requests soon. 🤞🏻

I am having the most important interview of my life in a few hours. High-end position. But I am stressed because my situation doesn't allow me to lose this chance. Does anyone have tips about what to say when they ask you how you process in sales to seal deals? I personally love the spin method but it is so instinctive for me that I struggle to describe it in a correct way for an interview and I lose my words...

6 interview rounds and halfway through. How many times does someone have to answer “so tell me about yourself” does it take to get an offer. Beginning to become exhausting. Tips on remaining enthusiastic through multiple round interviews would be helpful.
