Pay is higher than minimum wage, but if you aren’t working in Men’s Suits or Women’s Shoes, you make a base pay and little to no commission. I work in women’s shoes, and the commission is a draw/commission system. It’s good, but I work in a smaller town so you don’t have the opportunity to make as much as bigger cities.
Management is unhelpful, there’s no HR department, and most tasks get pinned on one person.

Company invests in their employees. You get taught how to give elevated customer service. Equal opportunities to grow with company. Benefits.
If you don’t t make your sales goal you get a pay cut and are eventually termed. No HR office or company to report any harassment or unlawful issue except to store manager
