Nothing really, just a company that doesn't treat their employees fairly.

Management doesn't care about employees. Pay is unfair You don't get rewarded for good work ethic or for keeping your sales up. You have to train others who make more money than you. New employees will make more money than you, even if you are doing everything right. The sph system used for determining pay is faulty. Even if you have years of experience and make your sales goal for two years in a row, you will still make less money than brand new employees with no experience. Benefits are bad. Hours are even worse. My store manager is the worst manager I've ever known, and I have known some horrendous managers. Only apply here if you want to be treated like a worthless human and want to be discriminated against.
