Work from home 2 days a week if your manager allows it. Support staff, i.e. office services, records clerk, etc. do not have the option to work from home. Legal assistants, paralegals, etc. do. There is also a large push for diversity and inclusion firm wide.
Cons
Administration is increadibly busy. Lot's of picking up work from other people (everyone is always busy)
- Pay is decent
- Mostly everyone is friendly
- work can be challenging
- potential for overtime
- schedule flexibility
Cons
- Extremely micromanaged
- will run you into the ground with work if you allow them
- slackers are given too many chances to the extent that it’s insulting to the hard workers
- overly PC workplace. Expression limited, walking on eggshells
- Insurance benefits are nothing crazy
- no 401k match for staff
