I worked at Direct Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent salary & great benefits for the work! Some really great people to work with!

    Cons

Tough culture to maneuver through! With such rapid growth, the current corporate operating mode cannot be maintained unless a lot of thought and work is invested in both internal culture with external acquisitions.

    Advice to Management

The organization does a good job of "speaking" to employees, but falls short in actions, follow-up and follow-thru. Focus on what's right for bother the internal and external customer...in the end, they both will win!

I have been working at Direct Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good compensation, flexibility and company paid events.

    Cons

Constant changes. Less than perfect staffing policy. Too much emphasis on "getting fit to the company culture" instead of the value candidates can bring.

    Advice to Management

    Better training opportunities.
