Pros

It's a paid internship at Disney World. They provide housing and transportation if you don't have it. Free admission to theme parks 365 days a year. Discounts on pretty much everything and even deeper discounts during the holidays. The ability to add extra hours to your schedule when wanted.

Cons

Some of the full-time, non-management Cast members will treat you like an idiot because you're an intern. If you must have holidays off, this isn't for you.

    Pros

I met some of the best people of my life down in Orlando on the program but overall its horrible. Its like slave labor. Benefits are being on your own, meeting people from all over, and free admission to the park.

    Cons

You are worked like crazy and make very little money, just enough for them to take it back to pay for the living situation they set you up with. The living situation it like living in a college dorm room but ten times worse, rule wise. I wouldnt trade my experience. But at the same time I would have liked to know ahead of time what it truly is like so I could have had some more money saved. And to be promoted is practically impossible.

I worked at Disney College Program as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free access to the parks is great.
You meet people from all over the world.
Valuable experience which you can take with you after the program ends (depends on the location you work at).
Looks great on your resume and attracts future employers.
Fun place to work. Even if your location isn't great, there are many guests who can brighten up your day!

    Cons

Pay isn't great (varies based on location).
College program participants get the worst hours.
