    great way to meet people, upscale work environment, treated well and given the chance to obtain responsibility. always in the

    its a very large company and at disney land resort and parks its easy to see that they are big

    higher everyone based on their interview and make sure they are prepared for their interview or don't hire them yet

    - Fun place to work.
    - Great pay and benefits for an hourly job.
    - In general, the company offers a great culture to be a part of.

    Cons

    - The type of work (i.e character work) can be challenging (i.e. weather can make the work uncomfortable, etc.
    - Sometimes, you must work long schedules (even though you do get paid overtime for doing so under certain circumstances).

    Advice to Management

    In general, you run a great organization. I would definitely work for the company again, as I felt that the company both respects and values their workforce. It was a great culture, and it was a great experience.
