    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Generally nice people to work with. Usually younger kids working, many from other countries.

    Cons

Hours are sporadic at best and terrible at worst. Pay is below par in my opinion ($7.25-$7.40 hr).

    Advice to Management

Pay more, give your employees better hours

    Pros

-The company cares a lot about their cast members and their contribution to the park.
-There are a lot of park and merchandise perks
-Everyone working there really wants to be there so it's a very comfortable environment
    -The pay is good

    Cons

-The on boarding process takes a very long time
-You may not get the job you applied for (but you might get a better one!)

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to give more information during the hiring appointments and interviews.
