I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

- Vast knowledge of logistics can be achieved through this internship.
- You can get a chance to work with great team
- Responsibilities are given equally to you too, so this brings a leader out of you
- No discremination.
- Healthy working environment
- WDW Perks

Cons

- No/Less training initiative.
- Less other supply chain exposure.

Advice to Management

- Salary can be a factor for many potential candidates.
- The internship actually is a great way to teach any one what Disney is, so I appreciate management for opening such positions, but few more internships in Supply Chain could be better.

I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They provide you with good benefits, competitive pay, and oppertunities to promote are there, you just have to want them. You can also transfer easily from one department to another if you would like a change of scenery.

    Cons

You work ridiculous amounts of hours, depending on where you work you may have 10 different costumes to wear. At least within the department I worked in workplace politics were heavy, and they could screw a person over. There are lots of managers within a single department, which is bad because you may have each of them telling you something different (which does happen)

    Advice to Management

Talk with other managers about what you tell cast members and make sure that your on the same page.

    Cons

Lower level management is very poor and corrupt.

    Advice to Management

Review the lower level management, not everything is as it seems.
