I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

You are encouraged to create special magical moments everyday
The atmosphere is wonderful and exciting
You can choose to look past the bureaucracy and have a wonderful experience or not
Wonderful perks like getting into all parks for free and being able to bring guests

Cons

Can be hard work- lots of overtime
Do not treat interns well, see them all as disposable and not real people
Hard to advance and get promoted, it takes years
The pay is nothing special, possibly underpaid for how much work you do

Advice to Management

Never lose sight of making magic, give employees their freedom back to create magical moments
