I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Disney looks after its employees. The benefits are great and the atmosphere is one of friendship and commentary.

Cons

The hours are often irregular. Very often as an intern the hours vary greatly from week to week so if you are looking for a consistent schedule, you will be unhappy.

    -A professional management team
    -Positive reinforcement for good work
    -Positive working environment onstage

    Cons

-Managers often not very accessible in the workplace
-Crazy hours especially during peak season
-Often a negative working environment backstage among coworkers
    -Extremely strict attendance policy
-Not very much ability to move up, only over (i.e.transfer to another department)

    Advice to Management

Create more opportunities for upward movement within the company. Providing positive incentives for good work will make people work less lazily.
