Approves of CEO

I have been working at Disney Parks & Resorts part-time (More than a year)

Pros

A lot of perks that include but are not limited to:
-Free park entrance for yourself and guests
-Discounts on merchandise
-Great environment
-Potential exposure to senior management.

Cons

Naturally, some could consider the company to consist of some "red tape". I feel, however, that this will be natural in any highly staffed, Fortune 100 companies. Things can tend to become political in nature depending on the department.
