Pros

Internal mobility, that you get to drive.

Cons

Sometimes very long hours, especially when working online operations. Constantly training new people, and they get moved to a new area (this is good for the individual, but rough on the existing staff.)

I have been working at Disney Parks & Resorts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Really cool projects with really big budgets for one of the best brands in the world. Lot's of freedom schedule flexibility and autonomy.

    Cons

No regard for personal time, family commitments, employee improvement. Poor recognition of individual achievements. Constant fire drills and changing of priorities. Lot's of time wasted defining strategies that are quickly abandoned by changes in executive whims.

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking for your employees and trust their talent and expertise Leave them alone and let them work.
