I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

Benefits (park tickets, discount on and off property, exclusive offers, staff appreciation)
Duties of the job (entertaining guests all day cannot be classified as "work")
Family atmosphere
Professional Opportunities (workshops/auditions, networking events, career advancement)
Team work

Cons

"Seasonal" status and getting "capped" hours
Hourly rate (fur vs. face vs. show/parade)
Seniority above all (over talent, hard work, etc)
Sometimes you feel like a number and not a person

Advice to Management

The managers should remain fair and open to all and not have favorites, otherwise, keep up the great work!
